Fees and Services

Below is a list of common appraisal forms with the typical fee and description. The forms listed include a sales comparison approach containing 3 comparable sales from the subject’s market, a location map, interior and exterior photographs of the subject, and exterior photographs of the comparable sales. Also attached to all reports is a copy of the appraiser’s license and resume.

For more complex properties, please call for a fee quote. Complex properties may include riverfront, oceanfront, homes with larger than average square footage and/or acreage.
